Her new novella, “Caged by Words: No Longer Living in Silence”, is now available for pre-sale. The official release date is set for July 12, 2014.

“Caged By Words” details ten years of emotional and verbal abuse from ShePhoenix’s ex husband, how it damaged her self-esteem, and how she finally decided to leave. The understory tells of how she spent even more years of simply living in fear of what others might think of her and what inspired her to gain her voice.

“Caged by Words shares my sadness and frustration as I recall how my ex-husband forced me to alienate myself from my family and friends and made me dependent upon him for all my earthly needs. For years, my family had no idea that he held me a prisoner with his words,” ShePhoenix says.

The details of the first book signing are to be released soon, but with her book preparing for print, ShePhoenix has already began to reach out and coach others on how to survive, and not just abuse, but life itself.
