Carousel Industries Appoints Duke Lamb as Account Executive

EXETER, R.I. - June 15, 2014 - PRLog -- Carousel Industries, a leader in managed services, video solutions, data and visual communications, has announced it has hired Duke Lamb as Account Executive. Lamb, who joins Carousel from M&S Technologies, will work out of Carousel's regional office located in Dallas, Texas and be responsible for strengthening and expanding the company's increasing client base in Texas. Lamb will report directly to Christopher Smeaton, Regional Sales Director, Carousel Industries.

With more than a decade of account and consultative-based customer experience, Lamb is extremely knowledgeable in the network infrastructure and the network security technology segments. During his tenure as an Account Executive at M&S Technologies, Lamb provided an extensive range of network security technology solutions to clients within the healthcare, education, government, SMB and corporate enterprise sectors. In his new role at Carousel, Lamb's vast experience in data security — particularly in technologies from Juniper Networks, Extreme Networks, Fortinet, F5 Networks and Aruba Networks — will enable a new opportunity for solution selling that combines traditional hardware sales with Carousel's targeted managed services offerings.

Carousel opened its regional office in 2012 to manage its operational activities within the central region of the U.S., and to strengthen and expand its existing client base in the Texas region. The Dallas-based office, which is run by Smeaton, also serves as a central geographic hub to facilitate the training and expanion of Carousel's nationally based sales force.

Lamb, whose official start date is June 2nd, holds a degree in business from the University of North Texas and was also educated at Texas Christian University. Prior to working at M&S Technologies, he held positions in finance and mortgage consulting.
