Held at Foxwoods Resort in Connecticut and attended by the regions’ top human resources leaders, Colantuono’s presentation “Beyond Conventional Wisdom - How Talent and Performance Systems Create the Leadership Gender Gap” focused on educating HR professionals and executives about the impact of 10 Gender Dynamics (unconscious assumptions about men, women, careers and leadership) and how subtle, embedded gender bias in performance and talent systems perpetuates the leadership gender gap.
