Branson Segway Wins Trip Advisor Award

June 13, 2014 - PRLog -- Branson Segway & Adventure Center has received TripAdvisor's Certificate of Excellence award. The certificate, which honors exceptional guest care, is given only to businesses that consistently achieve outstanding traveler reviews on Trip Advisors website. Guest reviews and ratings are the deciding factor for the award.

“Winning this certificate means so much because it is based on guest feedback,” said Steve Hager, Manager of the Branson Segway & Adventure Center attraction. “Riding a Segway is a fun experience, and it is great to be recognized for the experience and staff service.”

To be eligible for the Certificate of Excellence, businesses must maintain an overall TripAdvisor rating of at least four out of five. Customer reviews, volume of reviews, and popularity ranking on the site are also taken into consideration. Now in it’s second season of business, Branson Segway & Adventure Center has maintained an overall five out of five rating.

The award also reflects the crew’s commitment to guest satisfaction. “The staff truly cares about the safety and enjoyment of the guests,” said Hager. “I think our visitors recognize that.”
