BellHop.com Introduces Connect Service

PORT WASHINGTON, Wis. - June 12, 2014 - PRLog -- Introducing Bellhop CONNECT.

BellHop.com introduces a new tool to connect with their guests!  By using smartphone technology, guests can stay connected while they are on vacation at your resort, inn, or bed and breakfast.

First we generate a unique QR code that users can scan with their smartphone.  After the guest scans the code, a form is presented asking for their name, phone or email, and their check out date.   In those two simple steps they are now registered as CONNECT users and linked to your BellHop premium account.  You can use the QR code to place on your own printed material or bellhop.com can ship postcards with your QR code on them to hand out to guests.

Now what?

Log in to your admin tools and start using the BellHop CONNECT add-on feature.   Using a simple form, add a message you would like to send to all your registered guests.  For example:  “Free cookies in the lobby”, “The Pool will close at 11:00 for cleaning”, “Stop by the lobby for coupons to a nearby attraction”, “10% off drinks at our bar/lounge until 6:00pm tonight - mention Bellhop CONNECT to get your discount!”.

The BellHop CONNECT service will automatically find users that are registered and are still at your location.  Once the guest checks out, they will no longer get messages.

Get Feedback!

The BellHop CONNECT service can collect feedback!  When the guest checks out, we automatically send them a text message to fill out a short survey about their stay.  We save that information and share it with you!    Since we send the text immediately after their stay and provide them with an easy to use mobile survey form, they are more likely to fill out the form!
