Leading Women CEO Delivers Keynote Address at MetLife’s Global Women’s Leadership Forum

Held in New York City and attended by their top senior executive women in the company, Colantuono’s keynote focused on the findings of Leading Women’s latest research study “Closing The Leadership Gender Gap: The Missing 33%™.”

Continuing the dialog from Colantuono’s recent TEDx Talk she shared some of the recent findings with the attendees. “Our research clearly indicates that corporations are not effectively communicating about, and women aren’t aware of 33% of the leadership success equation. This is a crucial reason why women are stuck in middle management.
