Effective June 9, 2014, Andrew will be responsible for the identification of emerging opportunities in Commercial Real Estate, primarily consisting of marquee and Class 'A' Institutional Quality Off Market Assets in the top 25 MSA's and Credit Worthy Single-Tenant Net Leased Properties located in strategically strong area's around the country. Mr. Guzik will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, raising funds and building relationships with Investors.  Mr. Guzik brings more than 8 years of both executive financial and real estate industry experience in financing, sales, business development and off market Commercial Real Estate.

Andrew is a graduate of Florida State University where he began his career in the mortgage industry.
