Amazing Bike Tours Thailand announce an Epic new bicycle tour

KARON, Thailand - June 10, 2014 - PRLog -- Amazing Bike Tours announces today it will launch an Epic new bike tour. This road cycling tour will start in Bangkok and see all participants cycle from Petchaburi (1 and a half hours south of the capitol) all the way to Phuket Island in the south of Thailand.

The duration of this tour is ten days, nine nights with eight days of glorious cycling.  Total distance covered by bicycle will be 849km/528 miles. The shortest stage a mere 74 kilometers/46 miles and the longest stage 141 kilometers/88 miles. The route is mainly flat with a few sections having gentle rolling hills.

The tour will be lead by experienced cycle guides and supported by vehicles stocked with lots of drinks, fruits and snacks to keep the cyclists hydrated and full of power to tackle the ride.

The route will include the east coast on the Gulf of Thailand, a traverse across the Isthmus of Kra; the narrowest point of the peninsular, one can look across the river and see neighboring country Myanmar. Once on the west coast we will make our way south down the Andaman coastline until we reach the Island of Phuket.

Accommodation will be in resorts of excellent standard, many directly by the beach. After completing each stage the cyclists will have plenty of time to swim in the ocean or the pool, take a massage and share a beverage while recounting the adventures of that days ride.

The cost of this joining this cycle tour is 49,900 Thai Baht and single supplement an additional 13,500 Thai Baht.

This Epic new bike tour will commence in October 2014.
