Guided Meditation Website Unveils New Design
Guided imagery never looked as good as it does on the new website from meditation company, The Healing Waterfall.
“Each time we’ve done a new design, we’ve tried to incorporate graphics and functionality that are current and state of the art. But we’re always thinking first about how to make the site as accessible and inviting for our audience,” says owner Max Highstein. Highstein is also the author of the more than 65 audio meditations on the website, including the bestseller from which the site takes its name.
The new website incorporates a variety of features, including alternate page versions for web and mobile visitors, free guided meditation downloads with newsletter opt-in, generous audio samples of all the programs, video clips, social media plugins, free meditation music, blog with extensive news and information content, and weekly podcast. The online ordering system is streamlined and easy to use, and customers can stream or download their purchases immediately after payment.
Graphics for the site are clean and contemporary, with an inviting feeling enhanced by the rich and varied visuals of each of the products. Navigating the online store is a simple, easy process of clicking through the categories in the side panel. Categories include Deep Relaxation, Well Mind & Body, Relationships, Personal Growth & Recovery, Intuition, Visualization for Success, Learning To Meditate, Spiritual Connection, Spiritual Healing, Kids & Family, and Sale Items. A new category, Audio Books, was just added recently.
The products themselves are unusual for this industry. Rather than using a “hypnotic”
The overall impression afforded by the new site, and by the programs offered, is one of high quality, and as a result, it services thousands of customers. “Our customers appreciate all the extra work we put into our programs. I know because they usually come back and order again and again. I’m glad, because we’ve got lots of new programs planned for the summer and fall season,” says Highstein.
