Mumbai housing society Redevelopment to get easier with Netz Capital Workshop

MUMBAI, India - June 9, 2014 - PRLog -- Renowned architects, BMC officers, real estate developers and housing societies will be brought under one roof for a workshop that aims to get queries resolved for members of housing societies in Mumbai. The workshops are scheduled to start in the month of August and pre-registrations are already underway.

"There are over 24,000 housing societies in Mumbai and many of them are looking for redevelopment in immediate or near future. Many of them are uncertain about the process of putting a housing society in redevelopment. We plan to bring architects, bmc officers, real estate developers and housing societies together under one roof to resolve various queries by housing society members. We plan to start the workshops starting august 2014 after a round of pre-registration and screening." said Pravin Maske, Head - Real Estate at Netz Capital Advisors.

The workshops will be free to attend for housing society members and will be conducted on Sundays.
