Preventure awarded Customer Service Leadership Award by Frost & Sullivan

The awards are granted based on comprehensive metrics created by Frost & Sullivan to equally evaluate companies across a multitude of industries and awards.  Preventure scored nearly perfect on Frost & Sullivan’s Decision Support Matrix for the Customer Service Leadership Award, outscoring the competitors by at least 25%.  The Matrix measures Quality of Service, Timeliness of Service, Impact of service on Customer Service, Cost of Service to Customers.
