FCR Announces Expansion of Grants Pass Call Center

ROSEBURG, Ore. - June 5, 2014 - PRLog -- ROSEBURG, OR - May 28, 2014

First Call Resolution, the premier provider of outsourced live agent call center and businesses process solutions to the new economy, telecom, internet, health care, medical, e-retail services, finance, travel, high tech, transportation, insurance and other industries, announced today that the company is expanding its call center location in Grants Pass, Oregon.

FCR has begun a construction project that will merge its current location at 333 SW 5th Street with the adjacent space in the same building. The expansion will add another 5,167 square feet to its current operations in Grants Pass and could bring an additional 100 jobs to the area. The projected date of completion for the project is July 1, 2014.
