Controlled Contamination Services (CCS) announces Omar Lopez as its National VP, Operations

SAN DIEGO - June 4, 2014 - PRLog -- June 4^th, 2014 (San Diego, CA) – Controlled Contamination Services is excited to announce the addition of Omar Lopez as its National VP, Operations to lead its operations and client development efforts across its US operations.

Omar is an executive leader with 8 years of Integrated Facility Services experience in operations management and client development. He is a passionate team leader within the service solutions industry delivering single services models to complex bundled services platforms with an excellent track record of 11+ years of multi-unit management experience in dynamic and challenging work environments.

Experienced in several facets of Integrated Facility Services including Day Cleaning, Janitorial, Landscape and Grounds Maintenance, Operations and Engineering (O&E) Maintenance, Security and Guard Management, Vending and Food Services, Document Management, Waste and Recycling, Pest Control, Elevator and Electrical Maintenance, Energy Management, Green Initiatives and LEED certification, General Labor and Construction, and other soft services.

Recently, Omar served as General Manager for Southern California at ISS Facility Services, as well as Regional/Branch Manager for GMI, TruGreen Land Care, and FedEx within their respective service industries.  Prior to the above career opportunities, Omar was an entrepreneur, small business owner and mentor at his Alma Mater.

Omar has an MBA from University of Phoenix and a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from San Diego State University. As a San Diego native, Omar is married to Fernanda, has a two year old and his family is expecting twins this summer.
