Black Snow: Two Drink Minimum is here!

SAN JOSE, Calif. - May 31, 2014 - PRLog -- Black Snow Comics has released their 3rd book, Black Snow: Two Drink Minimum.  This is the comic company's first full length graphic novel, coming in at over 120 pages.  It can be purchased on their website at http://www.BlackSnowComics.com

The book was published after being successfully funded by fans on Kickstarter last year.  The graphic novel gained a following online, where it has been posting a page a week since its creation at http://blacksnowcomic.com/bstdm/  It earned the distinction of being named the 2nd Best Webcomic of 2011 by the Washington Post.

The character of Black Snow was created by long time friends Michael Balistreri and Alex Siquig in 2001, when the two were teenagers.  Since that time the character has appeared in newspaper comic strips, magazines, comic books, online webcomics and more.  The graphic novel, Black Snow: Two Drink Minimum will be the character's first venture into a full length story.

Black Snow: Two Drink Minimum is the tale of an alcoholic wannabe superhero in Detroit, who is hired to investigate allegations of corruption revolving around the city's greatest superhero.  His actions place he and his friends in the middle of warring gangs and a police crackdown on all superpowered individuals.

It is the first chapter of a saga set to span over five books.

The style blends the classic black and white world of film noir with the larger than life depiction of traditional superhero comics to form something truly unique and totally engaging.
