PureSight Owl is once again recognized as leading parental control tool by the European Commissio

KFAR SABA, Israel - May 29, 2014 - PRLog -- PureSight’s online child safety program, PureSight Owl, has once again achieved  the highest overall scorein the second cycle of SIP Benchmark III study (http://www.sipbench.eu/phase7.cfm/action.ranking) (http://www.sipbench.eu/phase7.cfm/action.ranking) for parental control tools, funded by the European Commission’s Safer Internet Program (SIP-Bench III).  This is the fourth year in a row that PureSight achieves the highest overall score in this benchmark, which tests for, effectiveness, security and usability, for all age groups – up to 12 years and 13 and over.

The objective of the SIP BENCH III - Benchmarking of parental control tools study is to help end users - notably parents and child carers - to choose the most appropriate parental control tool that best fits their needs.The study benchmarks effectiveness, performance, usability, configurability, transparency, security (resistance to hacking and other security issues), suitability, and customization for European users and new forms of digital content.
