TOUR ALERT: Those Willows on Tour in California!

LOS ANGELES - May 27, 2014 - PRLog -- Those Willows will be bringing their harmony driven indie-folk vibes to California in June to support of their latest EP, Existential Folks. The EP combines a mixture of jazz, pop, indie and soul with a folky mist.  Existential Folks is a melting pot of music eras, styles and beats.

Those Willows are Portland, Oregon-based and Detroit, Michigan-bred duo, Jack Wells and Mel Tarter. The vocally driven pair combined forces in 2007 to create a sound of their own.  The pair’s songs have been heard on television shows in the United States and Europe, including: The UK’s “Skins,” “Lying Games” (ABC Family), and reality shows on MTV, VH-1 and Bravo. The band has performed across Michigan at festivals such as Detroit’s Motown Winter Blast and Royal Oak’s Arts, Beats and Eats as well as Portland, Oregon venues like The Doug Fir and Mississippi Studios.   The West Coast duo has also created a buzz as Deli Magazine's August 2013 Artist of the Month not only for Portland, but in the national edition as well.
