Lab Hires Ex-Gyro Global HR Director To Drive Agency Growth And Talent
Digital agency, Lab, hires ex-Gyro global head of HR, Natasha Kenny, as Head of Talent and HR to support global expansion
Kenny will be based in Lab’s head office in the UK, and lead the search for talented, creative individuals across the areas of design, development, digital marketing, and account management, in the UK and globally. Kenny will also work on delivering a constant talent pool from close links with local colleges and universities, and ensure consistent policies, procedures, and benefits across all of Lab’s offices around the world.

Kenny comes to Lab from digital agency Gyro, where she held the role of global HR director, helping to grow the agency from 100 people to 600 around the world, and developing the highly successful Gyro Academy. Kenny has also worked at iconic department store Liberty, Universal Music, and WPP agency Ogilvy & Mather, where she started her career.
