OURIMBAH, Australia - May 25, 2014 - PRLog -- A qualified piano teacher, Megan has tutored for 30 years, 4 of which have been at the Community College.  The 8 week course will enable students to start reading music and in turn to play a number of songs.

“I have taught students up to the age of 70 during my career.  I really enjoy meeting people and working with them to enhance their enjoyment, especially when It comes to making beautiful music.

“It’s exciting to see the sense of achievement that the students experience as each week passes.  The group learning environment means there is peer support and a sharing of experiences between students” Ms Tattersall said.

Music is known to lift moods and bring enjoyment into peoples’ lives. Megan hopes that once she brings music into her students’ lives, it will stay there.

“By the end of the course, students will be able to read some music, as well as play around 16 songs.  All this in only 8 weeks!”, Ms Tatterall said.
