Avatar Appoints New CEO and New Chief Commercial Officer

CHICAGO - May 22, 2014 - PRLog -- Avatar Solutions, a leading provider of Employee, Physician, Patient, and CAHPS Surveys, today announced its appointment of Mike Sinoway to the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO), and Dave Beaulieu as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).

Mr. Sinoway has over 25 years of experience in building professional services organizations. Since 2005, he has been a member of AlixPartners, a leading business advisory firm. In his role as Managing Director, Mr. Sinoway founded the firm’s Growth Practice focused on innovation, sales, marketing, service, and pricing. His clients have included companies in the medical products, life sciences, and health care services sectors. In addition to his client work, Mike served on the firm’s leadership council for Big Data and Applied Analytics. His earlier career included 15 years at Deloitte Consulting, R&D at Honeywell Aerospace, and Research & Planning for Walt Disney Attractions.

Mr. Sinoway will be based in the Lake Mary office, where he will work closely with Avatar team members to continue to offer clients the high-quality customer service and partnerships they have become accustomed to working with the firm. His efforts will be supported in part by Mr. Beaulieu, who will lead Avatar’s Sales, Marketing, and Product teams as Chief Commercial Officer.

Mr. Beaulieu is a long-tenured healthcare Sales Executive, having spent most of his career leading sales and marketing organizations for healthcare services divisions of companies such as GE and Danaher. He was most recently responsible for North American Sales at Aramark Healthcare Technologies. Mr. Beaulieu will be based in Chicago.
