SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif. - May 22, 2014 - PRLog -- SESLOC Federal Credit Union is proud to announce the most recent recipient of a SESLOC Education Grant.

Nathan Meinert, a math teacher at San Luis Obispo High School, was chosen to receive a grant that will be used to buy a tablet computer which he says will be part of his efforts to create a more student-centered learning environment.

Mr. Meinert says that with the help of this technology, he can move among classroom groups to “facilitate discussions and prompt deeper thinking from student groups. It allows me to guide and tailor my instruction to meet the individual needs of my students.”
