Kennedy Wilson Adds Seven to San Antonio Office
Ernest L. Brown, IV, CCIM, tapped to serve as co-managing director
“This was the perfect opportunity to add a team of seasoned brokers, all of whom are well-respected in our industry,” said Steve Pyhrr, senior managing director of the firm’s Texas operations. “The addition builds on our already solid footprint in this region to allow for further future growth with an extremely solid senior team, and we are very excited about this direction.”
In addition to Brown, other members joining the team include: Rick Stagers, CCIM; George Harcourt; Barbara Crane, CCIM; Cynthia Ellison, CCIM; Clint Hennessey and Jorge Rodriquez.
“The strength of the Kennedy Wilson platform – and the ability to team up with the Kennedy Wilson group in Austin – will allow us to expand our reach throughout the Texas market,” Brown said. “In addition, we now have the ability to offer a complete spectrum of property services, which will make us much more valuable to our client base.”
The Kennedy Wilson Texas operation includes offices in Austin, San Antonio, Houston and Dallas.
Brown, who previously served as managing director, has more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience. He earned a double major in economics and natural resources from The University of the South in Sewanee, Tenn.

Over the years, she has received numerous awards including the Chairman’s Council Award, and she has been recognized as one of the top five producers for her prior firm for more than 23 years. In 2007, she was appointed as a member of the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) National Board, a position she still holds.

She remains actively involved in the CCIM Institute on a national basis and actively teaches a number of courses. She received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Master of Arts from Birmingham Southern College in Alabama.
