Introducin​g New Artist: LaJune - LaJune Tune Tuesday

May 20, 2014 - PRLog -- She was the first female to be inducted into BET's 106 Park "Freestyle Friday Competition." Her musical performances can be seen on VH1's Emmy award-winning morning show "Big Morning Buzz Live, and the video for her single "Fibrillate" was selected for MTVU's Freshman Competition and played on the channel in December 2013.

She has opened up for artist such as: R& B sensations Case and Joe, Grammy award-winning Chrisette Michelle and has performed all over New York including at the Apollo Theatre.

You might not know who LaJune Grant is yet, but you will. This 29-year old songstress has power house vocals that makes her a force to be reckoned with.  A Poughkeepsie native, she moved to Brooklyn, finished college and began to hone her vocal skills as a rapper and singer.

After 7 straight wins on BET's "Freestyle Friday Competition," LaJune has been granted several opportunities to showcase her vocal talents on VH1 by writing and performing jingles for Big Morning Buzz Live and performing her own song on the show from her new EP entitled: "Body" available on iTunes.

LaJune is giving her fans a weekly gift of song with LaJune Tune Tuesday. Every Tuesday LaJune will do a vlog cover of one of her favorite songs, no band, no production, no gimmicks,  just raw talent.
