Back To Blocks will be attending the historic Summerfest Arts Faire in beautiful Logan, Utah from June 12-14, 2014. A U.S. manufacturer of wooden toys for children, Back To Blocks will be showcasing wooden blocks and a new line of building logs.
Back To Blocks® is a local Utah company, that produces children's toys. All their products are made here in Utah. They will be displaying their classic wooden building blocks. Several different sizes and styles of wooden blocks sets will be available throughout the festival held June 12-14. Block sets range from a small set of 60 blocks, the "Basic Builder", appropriate for preschoolers , to a large set of 200 blocks, the "Super Stacker", large enough for big families and school groups. Another new product this year is their "Castle Creator". This wooden block set contains 118 blocks in 22 different sizes and shapes. It also comes with instructions to be able to create a fun and unique castle utilizing all the blocks in the set. All the blocks are smooth and safe and are child safety approved.
Also Summerfest will be the venue where Back To Blocks® introduces a new product. Back To Blocks Building Logs are a "Lincoln Log" type product. Owners Miriam & Craig Sheffield made this product in response to many requests from customers. These building log sets are unique because they have much longer pieces than can be found in other brands of "lincoln log" type sets. Logs are available with up to a 6 notch piece that is 17 3/4" long. These extra long building logs make it possible to build really large log cabin buildings and an endless amount of creative designs. The logs fit together well and make very stable structures. Sets also include a chalkboard paint finished sign board. These boards can transform a log cabin into the whatever the child chooses.Their cabin can become the "General Store", "Livery Stable", "Train Station", "Bank" or even the "Jail". Building log sets available at the festival will come in small, medium, large and extra large sets. Buyers will have the choice of 125 up to 295 pieces. These log sets are currently only available here at the festival.
All these wooden toys are made from poplar, a light and durable hardwood. All blocks and logs are smooth and sliver free. They are tested and compliant for children's product regulations in the U.S. The sets are packaged in bright colored storage buckets. The buckets come with an easy to open lid that snaps tight but is easy for children to open. The buckets make storage simple and clean up quick. Back To Blocks® guarantees all their products.
Back To Blocks owners, Craig and Miriam Sheffield, created their company as a way to encourage imagination and creativity in children. They feel today many children spend alot of time with "high-tech" toys and are not developing the basic skills and creativity that simple toys such as wooden buillding blocks can help teach children. Wooden building toys are considered an educational toy. Playing with these types of toys help increase children's ability to think, problem-solve, socially develop and promotes a child's natural creative tendencies.Back To Blocks philosophy is that every family or classroom should have a set of blocks. Their mission statement is to provide lots of blocks, in a bucket, at an affordable price.
Summerfest Arts Faire is open to the public Thursday and Friday, June 12-13 from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.Saturday June 14 hours are 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Admission is free.
