LONDON - May 16, 2014 - PRLog -- HEALTHYSENSEOFSELF returns to the UK to exhibit and will present a workshop at the Mind Body Spirit Wellbeing Festival in London, U.K. May 23-26, 2014. The workshop: An Introduction to Healthy Sense of Self – How to be your Self and become your own best friend introduces the Self-Help Method showcased in the book: Healthy Sense of Self – How to be true to your Self and make your world a better place! Antoinetta Vogels offers readers and workshop attendees a holistic approach to curing severe insomnia, issues with anger and the addiction to approval, based on a thorough investigation of her own motivation.

“Do you know how to be your Self and how to be your own best friend?” is the question this year’s workshop explores. While many people would immediately answer “yes,” the truth is that many of us live in some degree of denial and don’t live the life they could and should be living! In her workshop Vogels shares what she has learned about the misleading strategies of her own inner workings and how she managed to reclaim her life and the ability to sleep. The result is the Sense of Self (SoS) Method which helps people develop an understanding of who they are and why they do what they do, an insight that can lead to getting back in touch with your own Self.

The Sense of Self Method is a problem solving method for individuals who are drawn to self-help methods and willing to explore deeply their own inner workings. According to Vogels, “People can do a whole lot more for themselves than they think. From healing themselves from ailments and self-destructive habits, to becoming more effective parents and giving their children more chances in life. If we know our Self and how to be our own best friend, we can have better relationships of every kind, And while doctors, counselors and other therapists are valuable professionals and resources, isn’t it even better to know that if preferred you could be your own best therapist.”
