WILMINGTON, Del. - May 16, 2014 - PRLog -- Brian L. Wells releases a new Country serenade with his original single, “GPS Directions to My Heart,” that asks that special someone to return to love.

The song reflects on all the ways the love can be taken for granted until it is gone. “When we end up on the long and lonely road alone, we realize that it is worth asking for a second chance at love. This song reminds us that even a playful, bad boy can change and ultimately need someone to love” – Brian L. Wells - guitarist, vocalist and author of “GPS Directions to My Heart.”

What fans are saying:

“It may not be easy to ask for a second chance, but it sure is worth it when it comes to love,” “Gives us some hope that in this world filled with technology, we really cannot lose touch if we realize what is important,” “Let’s give the singer some LIKES for figuring out that love got lost and for trying to find his way back!”

“GPS Directions to My Heart” is the tenth original single making up a growing body of work by Brian L. Wells that includes singles released in 2013: “If I Could Die a Hero,”“I’ll Follow His Light” and “Everything’s Gonna Be Alright” as well as his debut album - “This Is Our Great Country”. All songs were produced by the talented Ritchie Rubini, masterfully engineered by Ray Gagliardino and recorded at 825 Studio in Wilmington, Delaware. Wells Dance & Music/ BMI published all songs, except “My Brothers and Me”, “Brother, How I Miss You” and “Couch Talkin”, which were published by Northwest Alabama Music Publishing Co.

Brian has been singing and performing in live concerts and theater productions on the East Coast since 1988.  He expanded his career into songwriting in 2006, following a turning point in his personal life.  His purpose is to inspire and move his audience, drawing from his own life experiences for his songwriting. He has already earned awards for several of his original songs: "Hold Me Close While We Dance", which won #1 love in a song competition at the Alabama Music Hall of Fame. "This Is Our Great Country" was a Semi-Finalist landing in the top 10, and "Brother How I Miss You" won Suggested Artist Honors in the top 25 for the Country category from among 15,000 worldwide entrees in the International Song Contest. “I’ll Follow His Light” placed in the top 15 for the Christian music category. His latest release, “If I Could Die a Hero” was recently named on the Official List of Finalists in the Christian/Inspirational Category for the 15th Annual Great American Song Contest. Brian has performed his original songs and other popular tunes at local venues including the Grand Opera House in Wilmington, DE.
