MILFORD HAVEN, Wales - May 14, 2014 - PRLog -- In this article we are going to discuss a very popular form of cylinder, Evva EPS models. We have a lot of experience in preparing these cylinders for customers and would like to give you guys a bit of an overview as to their features and suitability.

Cylinders come in two different types of profile, Euro and Oval shaped. In this article we are also going to focus solely on the Euro version (Although we have Oval version available) and would like to explain a few key points about Evva EPS cylinders and why they are becoming so popular.

EPS cylinder are incredibility versatile and provide a very high level of security overall. The keys supplied with these models are patented which ensures that nobody will be able to get any additional keys cut without your specific authorization. These high security cylinders are CEN grade 6, which is the maximum grade of 1-6. Some other security features of these cylinders are:

·         Anti Bump – Prevents “Bumping” attack methods.

·         Anti Pick – The mechanical functionality of these cylinder have been designed to be anti pick.

·         Snap resistant – With the aid of a re-enforcing bar built into this cylinder, snap resistance is significantly increased.

·         Patented Profile – Secure Keys

·         British Standard EN1303 – Testing has brought this model up to BS EN1303 standards.

·         Supplied with 2 keys

Variants

Double Cylinders – These models are the standard Key to key model of cylinder that most people will have on main front and back doors.

Key and Turn – This version has key entry on the exterior side but a quick and convenient thumb turn on the inside. Excellent for elderly or anyone that requires a manageable exit.

Single – These models allow you to lock the door from only one side.
