Located at 2024 West Avenue J-8, the TownePlace Suites Lancaster will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned by Lancaster Lodging LP and managed by InterMountain Management, LLC of Monroe, Louisiana.

Located five minutes from downtown, the hotel offers guests convenient access to The Hangar – Lancaster JetHawks Stadium, California Poppy Reserve and Edwards Air Force Base. Rates vary depending on length of stay.
