Guided Meditation Helps Professional Aestheticians Prevent Worry Lines

PHOENIX - May 13, 2014 - PRLog -- Anne Vetter, a certified instructor with the Chopra Center taught aestheticians how to reduce wrinkles without using chemical peels, facials or any devices or makeup - she used guided meditation.

     Vetter recently helped members of the United Aesthetics Organization reduce stress through meditation at a recent career seminar, Summer Spa Treatments & Marketing Strategies Seminar from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday, May 12 at Carsten Institute of Cosmetology, 3345 S. Rural Road in Tempe.

    The organization offers quarterly seminars for $15 for members, $25 for non members and a special student rate of $17 for one student or $30 for two students. Registration is available online at www.unitedaestheticsorganization.com.

    Typical seminars include presentations on new techniques, business skills, marketing programs and inner peace. Lunch is provided.
