A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Chef Sousa previously held Sous and Chef de Cuisine posts in D.C. within the Knightsbridge Restaurant Group's highly reviewed and award-winning restaurants Bibiana, 701 Restaurant and The Oval Room.
