By: Matrix Cloud Technologies Many people voted for Workbooks in CRM Wars with great comments attached. Andy Regent commented that Workbooks was "tremendously powerful and also very intuitive and user-friendly at the same time!" Simon Crompton loved that Workbooks was easy to use after many failed CRM choices. Lucid Switch had a lot of good things to say about Workbooks, including, "Out of the box, Workbooks provides a rich feature set, is easy to use, and has best of class support to back it up, all at a price point which makes it the perfect choice for the SMB market." Dick Teno added, "We found Workbooks to be in a class by itself when it comes to usability, functionality, adoptibility and of course price. We are integrating it with our MIE-Trak Pro ERP system knowing that our customers are going to love it as much as we do." Moyse commented, "Crowd and Socially sourced comparisons like CRM Wars give a more open chance for Vendors (without the millions to spend on marketing brand) to expose their leading innovative wares to a wider audience and to be compared on the playing field to the giants. Whilst the large vendors can gather the greatest following they do not always endear the passion & support that smaller names can bring from their customers. CRM Wars has taken up a smart and fun initiative to drive greater and wider awareness of the ‘true’ CRM options customers have, the force is with them." In second place was Zenlike CRM. Their rank is extremely impressive since they joined the CRM Wars late in the week. Their ability to move up to second place shows how loyal their users are and how much attention Zenlike gives to their customers, mirrored in their CRM system. Third place fell to Sage CRM. Early on in CRM Wars, Sage was engaged and interested in getting their followers and users involved in the voting. In fourth place is Sugar CRM which received a lot of personalized Retweets from their loyal customer base. From there, the ranks are as follows: Radium CRM Microsoft Dynamics Fanhub Pipeline Deals ZenDesk One of the high points of CRM Wars was when the competition became heated between Microsoft Dynamics and Workbooks! Microsoft fought hard to take over the lead but Workbooks would not relinquish their choke hold on the battle for the Death Star. Matrix Cloud has a special place in our heart for Fanhub, who went above and beyond participating in the CRM Wars! They created an amazing Star Wars themed blog post and scroll video that was outstanding. They also helped coin an excellent hashtag phrase that we are excited to use in the next CRM Wars: #MayTheCollaborationBeWithYou. Fanhub asked to join CRM Wars late, but rallied a lot of votes in a short amount of time. Their spirit of friendly competition and collaboration is an amazing indicator of how their CRM is beneficial to their clients. End
