Think IT Association Hires New President for Chicago Chapter

New President brings extensive experience in building organizations and creating connections
 
May 12, 2014 - PRLog -- Chicago, IL (May 12, 2014)— Think IT, a professional development association for IT professionals, is excited to announce that Shelli Nelson has joined their team as President of Think IT’s Chicago Chapter. Nelson will be responsible for expanding membership for Think IT in Chicago by connecting and building relationships with IT professionals in the area.

Nelson comes to York with almost 20 years of combined experience in recruiting, consulting, business development, and leadership. She has a passion for understanding businesses, building organizations, and building relationships with professionals to not only expand companies, but also bring innovative ideas.

“I am excited to be a part of something that is truly unique for IT professionals in the Chicago area,” Nelson said. “I am eager to utilize my experience to not only bring new members to the group, but to also have the opportunity to truly help people meet their professional goals.”

Nelson has been an integral component to the growth of multiple companies throughout her career through her expertise in process improvement and strategic initiatives.
