The Anita Claire Project launches on Mother’s Day but celebrates mothers all year ‘round

Photography project celebrates the bond between mothers and daughters
May 12, 2014 - PRLog -- Los Angeles, CA - Journalist Kendra A. Kabasele announced the launch of The Anita Claire Project (, the tribute photography project dedicated to her mother, the project’s namesake. The project captures the bond between mothers and daughters.

“ Losing my mom this past summer was the most devastating time and the darkest hour of my life. In the time shortly after that, it hit me that one of the ways I wanted to honor her was through photography,” said Kendra A. Kabasele. “There is something intangible yet simultaneously palpable in the connection experienced and witnessed between mothers and daughters […] I had an extremely close bond with my mom and felt this would be a beautiful way to honor her, offer keepsakes to the participating mothers and daughters, and inspire others.”
