The Washington State Chapter of CCIM Joins Forces with the Inland Northwest Chapter
The Expansion of the Chapter Creates a Statewide “Force” in the Industry
“Incorporating the Inland Northwest Chapter into the Washington State Chapter of CCIM allows our chapter to provide services to another 150 members, in addition to our existing 150 CCIM members in Western Washington.”
As an introductory offer, individuals from the Inland Northwest Chapter are able to join the Washington State Chapter for a reduced amount of $60 for the remainder of 2014. “This is a great value, given all the discounts a chapter membership provides”, said Fred McConkey. “We are pleased to welcome the new members!”
The CCIM business network encompasses 1,000 markets throughout North America, Asia, Europe and the Caribbean. Of the estimated 150,000 commercial real estate practitioners in North America, more than 8,400 currently hold the CCIM designation.
