Mr. Mathevan’s 14 year career includes extensive experience in New Product Development and Project Management.His design and manufacturing engineering leadership spans Tooling, Materials Science, Cold Forming, Cold Heading, Roll Forming, Machining and Stamping.As background to his career experience, Mathevan holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Science Degree in Industrial Engineering.

Mr. Mathevan broadens Sussex Wire’s design and manufacturing technology acumen in Tooling, Cold Forming, Cold Heading, Roll Forming and Machining as well as selection protocols for tool steel, coatings and raw materials.The appointment further extends Sussex Wire's Continuous Improvement LEAN initiatives into Design and Engineering.
