WNC RENTALS is a Licensed North Carolina Real Estate Brokerage with a unique business model that responds to the current real estate market. We work with property owners who are selling their homes to generate rental revenue while the house is on the market. Our tenant screening process carefully selects renters, many of who seek to purchase the home they are renting through our Rent to Sell Program.

The regional housing market is influenced by the influx of new residents relocating in WNC. Many of these new residents rent for a year before purchasing property.
About “RENT TO SELL” Program
Obtaining financing is one of the primary obstructions to purchasing a home. Through our Rent to Sell program, a tenant develops equity through consistent rent payments that are set at level comparable to mortgage payments.
This structure is a win-win for the seller and the buyer/tenant. The seller receives rental income and the tenant is in a position to buy. For the tenant it is an opportunity to have rent applied to the purchase of the home.
The RENT TO SELL program can be instigated by either the tenants or property owners:
Property owners who are selling their homes can contact WNC Rentals to secure a passive income stream while the property is on the market. Working with WNC Rentals bring buyers to the table since many of our renters become buyers.
If tenants are interested in a house that is for sale, WNC RENTALS will work with the property owner to broker an arrangement. Since the rental market has limited options, this opens up new housing opportunities.
Both the property owners and the tenants work directly with WNC Rentals. We manage all rent collection, property maintenance, and accounting statements for the property. The tenant has a dedicated contact for any issues, and the property owner receives a monthly check without any hustle of managing a rental property.
