Conover Farm delivers crops weekly to Jacksons for people who have pre-paid for an entire season in the spring to receive fresh picked organic produce in the summer and fall. In addition to hosting a farm stand, the Jacksons parking lot serves as a CSA drop point for Southpointe and surrounding communities.
“We have always stressed the importance of local and sustainable eating at Jacksons; we’ve had our own garden here since we opened,” says Paul S. Bazzano, Vice President of Operations. “So now offering fresh and organic local produce from Conover Farm, we are taking the initiative a step further and becoming a resource to the community while sharing our passion for local products. We will also be using Conover products on our summer and fall menus.”
