CHENNAI, India - May 5, 2014 - PRLog -- MyPutra:, which is a leading domain registration and web hosting provider in india, today announced that it is in the process of acquiring MenSagam, an Indian-based content marketing company which renders professional writing and marketing services to B2B and B2C companies nationwide. The acquisition will become a new MyPutra business division, headed by Rajendira Prasad K, founder and president of MenSagam. The division is planned to act as the foundation of MyPutra's converged sales and marketing expansion strategy.

MenSagam is one of the MyPutra partners since late 2011. When MyPutra saw a 20% increase in its annual revenue in 2013, MyPutra founders Kumar noted MenSagam's contributions and made out the potential for greater growth.

"MenSagam's content marketing abilities have certainly led to our growth," said Kumar. "Year over year, we continue to recreate ourselves to be at the top of the competition and give value to the customer. We also portion out the tools and best practices we grow with our customers so that they can share in our success.

In 2013, MyPutra and MenSagam worked united to develop   an automated e-mail marketing methodology that is now being used fully to create brand awareness, drive sales and generate revenue for some of the world's largest domain and hosting companies and their many channel partners. MyPutra's founders expect that after the acquisition of MenSagam and the addition of more innovative services,  MyPutra can see a 40% increase (based on its current customer base) in revenue in 2014.

Acquiring MenSagam and innovating a new content marketing division:,  gives the ability for MyPutra to provide its clients with a rich suite of writing and marketing services, including content marketing strategy development and publishing services. Traditionally, sales and marketing or lead generation agencies seek list providers or other lead generation organizations to acquire; MyPutra is seeking to complement its core services and serve a broader customer base.
