graBLOX is an Appy Awards Finalist!

IRVINE, Calif. - May 6, 2014 - PRLog -- MobilityWare, a premier mobile game developer, has just been named a finalist for the Appy Awards, produced by MediaPost.  Since first launching on the App Store in 2008, MobilityWare games now have more than 200 million free downloads.  The annual Appy Awards, started in 2011, are dedicated to acknowledging creative and excellent app design. MobilityWare’s popular game graBLOX is one of three finalists in the Games (Board/Puzzle) category.

graBLOX, available for free on GooglePlay, is a fun and challenging puzzle game. Each BLOX has unique powers, and to solve the puzzle players must combine the BLOX in such a way as to clear the screen. There are 200 puzzles in the game and 9 different BLOX for players to use, but what makes it truly unique is the new Level Builder feature launched last month. The Level Builder allows fans to build their very own levels and share them with friends and with MobilityWare. MobilityWare may even include some of them in future updates of the game. Earlier versions of the game had over 1.6 million installs and over 15 million sessions (the more than 15,000 GooglePlay reviews average 4.4 stars!) and the new update had over a thousand installs in just the first few days.

This is the first time that MobilityWare has participated in the Appy Awards. The winner will be announced later this month in New York City during Internet Week New York.
