Gav Winter from The Test People wins prestigious IoD Award

LEEDS, U.K. - May 1, 2014 - PRLog -- The Test People, an innovative performance engineering and testing solutions consultancy with many blue-chip clients across the UK, are delighted to announce that our Managing Director, Gav Winter, has been awarded Small Medium-sized Enterprises (SME) Company Director of the Year at the IoD Yorkshire and the Humber Director of the Year Awards 2014.  He also received 2 further nominations for Young Director of the Year and Overall Director of the Year losing out to the exceptional Gary Verity of Welcome to Yorkshire in the latter category.

The Director of the Year Awards recognise the region’s top business leaders. Recipients were announced at the IoD Awards Breakfast presentation highlighting and celebrating Yorkshire’s ‘best of the best’.

Gav Winter said "Just to be nominated once is amazing but to be nominated three times as part of a success story like Yorkshire has been lately is testament to how our team has performed since we started back in 2007. To then actually win the SME Company Director of the Year against the other excellent businesses is just fantastic!”
