Franchise Times Recognizes Two Snell & Wilmer Attorneys as 2014 Legal Eagles
Franchise Times “Legal Eagles” annual list is comprised of highly regarded outside counsel who represent the franchise community in the United States and Canada. To be selected, attorneys are nominated by their peers and clients and meet the criteria of the Franchise Times editorial panel. Franchise Times classifies those on this list as top legal talent who have the experience, dedication and heart to go above and beyond for their clients.
Susan Grueneberg, a partner in the firm’s Los Angeles and Orange County offices and chair of the firm’s franchise and retail services group, is certified as a Franchise & Distribution Law Specialist by the California Board of Legal Specialization. Grueneberg’s focus is advising clients on franchise and distribution law, including regulatory compliance. Her practice emphasizes both domestic and international franchises and licensing, as well as area development arrangements and sub-franchises. She has advised on mergers and acquisitions of franchise companies, franchisor-franchisee relationship issues and exemption-based franchising. In 2013, Grueneberg was inducted into the Franchise Times Hall of Fame, which includes those who have been named a Legal Eagle for 10 consecutive years. View Susan's bio here: http://www.swlaw.com/
