Ares offers HCP cloud messaging platform with China Mobile
The cloud messaging platform integrates with HCP system via SMS (short message services) to provide cloud outsourcing service. This service is currently available in Ares China; the same service will be launched in Taiwan in the future.
Customers using cloud messaging platform do not need to install any software and bear hardware costs. Neither will they have to hire new HR staff and take any risks. The only costs go to SMS transmission services on demand and customers can enjoy HR-related messaging through mobile phones. Ares also plans to provide APP signoff, cloud attendance, cloud salary consideration and outsourcing services soon.
The platform includes: mobile HCP, workflow, cloud BPO service. The first phase will see integration with HCP, offering the most frequently-used system functions of HCP including payroll notification, shift schedule notification, attendance exceptions, transaction confirmation, assessment notice, meeting notice and interview notice. Consequently, the user can have HCP-related information anytime, anywhere for portable reading and feedback.
The mobile functions of salary prevent setbacks of traditional paper seal salary, so users can receive and respond to information anywhere. Information security measures are taken to protect company and employee privacy, saving labor time and economic costs, while achieving environmental protection, effectively enhancing corporate image and employee satisfaction.
