Epona Horsemanship And Wellness Staff Earns National Certification

ENDICOTT, N.Y. - April 28, 2014 - PRLog -- Epona Wellness Consulting and Epona Horsemanship in Endicott, NY is pleased to announce that Colleen Cheechalk and Allyson Cheechalk have earned certification in Equine Facilitated Learning and Equine Facilitated Psychotherapy. Colleen and Allyson are the primary facilitators and equine specialists for the program.

Colleen and Allyson completed their training with Greg Kersten of the OK Corral Series, NV. Kersten is the founder of Equine Facilitated Psychotherapy and founding member of EAGALA. The training was hosted by Borrowed Freedom Equine Assisted Therapies and Activities, Inc. at Itaska Show Stable in Whitney Point.

In addition to Epona Wellness Consulting LLC and Epona Horsemanship, Colleen and Allyson will continue to volunteer their services at Borrowed Freedom EAAT, Inc. Borrowed Freedom EAAT, Inc. is an American Hippotherapy Association member center offering Hippotherapy, Therapeutic Riding, and Equine Facilitated Learning and Psychotherapy for children and adults.
