NASHVILLE, Tenn. - April 28, 2014 - PRLog -- Faith-based film "Heaven Is for Real" stays strong and shines bright at the box office for second week in a roll. It landed in thrid place, just behind 'The Other Woman and Captian America, and 'took in' an estimated $14 mil bringing 'Heaven is for Real' to a total of almost $52 millon.

It appears that This unique 'faith based' movie will be the largest 'faith film' of the season due mainly to the publics intrigue with this personal account of life after death and the existence of a "Real Heaven'

Produced by influential pastor T. D. Jakes, director Randall Wallace [movie credits include Brave Heart_We Were Soldiers_Secretariat] and Hollywood veteran Joe Roth, "Heaven Is for Real" stars Greg Kinnear and earned an A Cinema Score. The drama did best in The Bible Belt, but obviously played well in Peoria and all over America.

Heaven Is For Real's strong showing will undoubtedly continue to produce a whirlwind of word of mouth traffic at movie theaters in the coming weeks.

One Movie Critic said emphatically, “Heaven Is For Real Is For Real”_ We Agree and IT is a Must See… [ Note: Faith Based Films have made a Remarkable Comeback at The Box Office in 2014]

The movie is based on the real-life story of Nebraska pastor Todd Burpo, whose young son Colton,[age 3 at the time]finds himself in heaven in what is described as 'a near death experience' during emergency surgery. The film is adapted from the pastor's book of the same name, co-written by Lynn Vincent.
