PHOENIX - April 24, 2014 - PRLog -- Thrive Events, Inc. will be taking its dynamic advertising to a 30 mile zone around Orange County market where it will be delivering the same effective consulting and marketing services for which it has become known.

Puneh Nejad, the firm’s director of operations, reflected on this exciting development for the company, “We’ve really seen a spike in demand for our services.” She explained further that it’s because of the company’s ability to deliver measurable outcomes for a high investment return that their services have become so popular. “We’re really enthusiastic about the results we win for our clients and are pleased to be taking our approach into a new community where there is a real need for our approach.”

Already the office has orders for campaigns, with five events per week set to go and a vision to double that within the next six months. “This expansion will allow us to take our current clients’ brands into new markets, which will demonstrate to them our commitment to seeing them grow with us. Of course, we will continue to focus on quality over quantity so even though we want to grow, we only want to do it the right way.”

Nejad expects that if demand continues at this pace, the firm will have offices across the US in no time at all. “Our competitors should watch out!”

Thrive Events, Inc. Promotes Team Members to Management

In order to properly manage the firm’s expansion, Thrive Events, Inc. has promoted one of its top performing team members to a position of management. Kelsey will be launching the new market with the support of Herb and Jeromy. Together, the three will be responsible to build the new market and are expected to learn a great deal as they put their training into action.

As the manager of the new location, Kelsey will be responsible for setting up the office, running campaigns, managing the territory which will include overseeing 10 to 15 stores, as well as hiring and training her own team members. Additionally, she will need to grow the company’s client list by adding new brands to their portfolio.
