Computer Troubleshooters of Metro New York Receives Fonality’s Channel Partners Award
Computer Troubleshooters congratulate Jim Greenfield and Computer Troubleshooters of Metro New York for their award-winning project with the United Spinal Association.
The spring 2014 Channel Partners Conference honored Jim Greenfield and Computer Troubleshooters of Metro New York for their highly successful project with the United Spinal Association. Channel Partners’ editors and an expert panel of specialists selected Jim Greenfield and his team for the Fonality project that resulted in greater efficiency, effectiveness and substantial cost savings for the United Spinal Association.
“We’re a huge proponent of cloud solutions for SMBs, and have seen 95% of our customers make the move to hosted solutions for voice,” said Jim Greenfield, owner of Computer Troubleshooters of Metro New York. “United Spinal understands the virtues of IP telephony and saw the benefits of making the move. These benefits include business continuity and the peace of mind that comes from hosting a system in Fonality’s secure data center with its redundant backup and 24/7 monitoring.”
The United Spinal Association provides support and information to individuals living with spinal cord injuries and disabilities. Their aging telecommunication system required an upgrade to a high quality, efficient and cost effective solution that would better serve the organization and its membership.
