The I Declare World Peace project and Param Pranyog enter Collaborative Cross-Promotional Agreement

Two global leaders in the field of raising peace consciousness commit to joint endeavor

BROOKLYN, N.Y. - April 24, 2014 - PRLog -- The New York based I Declare World Peace project and the New Delhi based non-profit organization Param Pranyog today jointly announced their new collaborative cross-promotional arrangement. Representatives from each group said the purpose of the new collaboration is to promote global peace and harmony.

Param Pranyog – which describes itself as a “mission to bring peace on earth by meditation” - is not only engaged in activities covering holistic healing and conservation of energy through different levels of meditation, but is devoted to improving the lives of needy children and others. Currently, Param Pranyog is caring for 600 children at its facilities in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, not far from New Delhi, India, while promoting its meditation and other traditional techniques designed to promote both inner and outer peace.

The I Declare World Peace project, a Brooklyn, New York based effort to raise peace consciousness on social media through the spread of its widely known affirmation – “I Declare World Peace” - hopes to leverage its vast social media experience to create broader awareness of the aspirational efforts of Param Pranyog.

Reached at his office in Ghaziabad by telephone, Munesh Kumar Sinha the director and motivating force behind Param Pranyog expressed happiness at the new arrangement.  “Param Pranyog exists primarily to improve the status of humanity, by not only showing people the way to inner peace through our meditation, but also by extending help to those in need.  We share the view of the I Declare World Peace project that world peace is possible and that it is a matter of taking responsibility for it on an individual level. This is why we not only feed, house and care for over 600 needy children, but also give them a sense of value and respect for human life, all consistent with our ancient cultural values of ahimsa, “Sinha said, using the Sanskrit term for non-violence.

Lawrence Gelber, co-founder of the I Declare World Peace project, was equally excited about the collaboration.  “We have recently become convinced by a variety of studies that peace is dependent on many factors. And while we are primarily an art project designed to raise global peace consciousness, we fully grasp that until conditions improve throughout the world for the most disadvantaged, reaching the goal of true peace will remain elusive. For that reason we are thrilled to have this arrangement with Param Pranyog, a group that approaches the pursuit of peace from both the inner and outer perspectives.”

Gelber and Sinha noted that their collaboration is in its infancy.  While each project will preserve its own individual approach to “raising global peace consciousness”, according to Gelber, they pledged mutual support. “From our side,” Gelber noted, “as a starting point, we will be making our social media fans well aware of the importance to the lives of children and others that Param Pranyog represents.

Sinha, apparently smiling, said “all human beings deserve to be free of suffering. Param Pranyog and I Declare World Peace share the same vision.”
