Javier F. Gutierrez Presents Urban Land Institute’s 2014 Emergent Leadership Award in Real Estate

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. - April 22, 2014 - PRLog -- Stuart Kane attorney Javier F. Gutierrez presented Urban Land Institute’s 2014 Emergent Leadership Award for Professional Services to Jenna Figueroa of Wave Hospitality Advisors. The annual ULI event, held this year at Oasis Center in Corona Del Mar, recognizes young leaders for their exemplary performance within the categories of architecture, engineering, capital markets, planning, professional services, property development, innovation and leadership. Javier was the 2013 recipient of the Emergent Leadership Award for Professional Services, and was honored to be able to present the award this year to a fellow young leader.
