Inland Empire and Foothill Communities Realtor Scott Folb earns National "Green" Designation

LA CANADA FLINTRIDGE, Calif. - April 20, 2014 - PRLog -- Apr. 19, 2014 - Glendora, Calif. -- Scott Folb, of Dilbeck Real Estate, has been awarded the National Association of REALTORS®’ (NAR) , GREEN Designation (CG-REP), the only real estate professional designations recognized by NAR.

Mr. Folb achieved this prestigious designation after completing comprehensive course work designed specifically for REALTORS®.  These courses were created in a collaboration with Build It Green and the NAR to ensure designees gain comprehensive knowledge of national green ratings programs for energy efficiency, assist consumers understand the significance of national green ratings programs for homes, construction materials and professionals.

Real Estate Broker Scott Folb was trained to evaluate considerations regarding green home design, construction and sustainability.
