Todd Bloom of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties Honored for Service Excellence

LA JOLLA, Calif. - April 18, 2014 - PRLog -- Todd Bloom of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties is one of only 60 Realtors in San Diego County who have earned San Diego Magazine’s “Five Star Real Estate Agents” award for seven consecutive years. “It’s very gratifying to think that my clients took the time to vote for me and voice their approval about the level of support and service that I provide,” said Bloom, who is based in the brokerage’s La Jolla office.

The Five Star award is a result of a survey in which respondents rated agents on their marketing, integrity, customer service, communication, negotiation, and overall satisfaction.

“The only reason that Todd has only won seven of these awards is that it has only been in existence for seven years,” said Nicki Marcellino, manager and vice president of the San Diego County region. “He is known for his attention to detail and tenacious work ethic, which allows him to provide his clients with optimal results.”

A seasoned agent with 14 years of experience in the La Jolla market, Bloom has been successful by sharing his complex understanding of the luxury marketplace. In fact, his discretion and professionalism have earned him the title of Luxury Properties Specialist for the brokerage’s Luxury Properties Division.
