Houston Awards Minority Certifications to Rothschild Corporation
Rothschild Corporation has also announced it will reinforce its commitment to diversity and improved business practices in the wake of the certifications. The company, founded by Pres. Susanne Rothschild, MBA, is a small company intending to grow to international size, by bringing consulting expertise in the fields of leadership, training, development and cultural awareness to promote a more productive business, staff and environment for its clients. Her consulting background is drawn on past experience with Fortune 500 companies and her business administration, PMP certification, and Birkman methodology training.
“Susanne is the consummate professional who is able to view the "picture" at hand and see much deeper into the organization, group, or individual she is working with,” states business developer Rick Gillis, one of Rothschild's clients. “The responses I have received when recommending her for training, change implementation and management leadership have all been highly affirmative. I will continue to "co-sign" for Susanne and whole-heartedly recommend her work.” These sentiments are echoed by several other testimonials profiled on the company's website. The Corporation advises it is determined to further extend this level of service to minority business ventures it consults for in the coming months.
The company’s recent case study and client projects are also summarized on its site (although details are left out for confidentiality purposes) and range from arranging business workshops to IT managers and professionals, to improvement of company software systems, to consultation on petroleum engineering programs. The Rothschild Corporation expects to produce future releases that update its successful track record in coaching and developing businesses in light of its recent certifications. Its business practice is expected to grow as its mandate as a minority owned enterprise opens more doors for it to expand its clientele throughout greater Houston over the next few years.
